SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When you make an order on Inconst, ready-stock items will be arrange in priority within 1 to 2 working days, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are subject to product availability.
*Please note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
*Please also note that Expected models will takes longer delivery days as it depend on the official release date by the brand.
*Please make sure you read the "Detail of Product" before you place the order.
What shipping method is available?
Generally, we offer worldwide delivery for all the models.
*GDEX & KEX Express(former ABX Express) used for delivery within Malaysia.
*DHL Express used for Global delivery.
Once we have sent your shipment to you, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding shipment tracking number immediately.
Transit time?
Transit time is 2 to 10 working days for delivery within Malaysia.
Global transit time is 4-13 working days depend on the local custom clearance procedure.
Import duties for global order?
Important! The import duties and taxes is charged to you by the local custom and paid by you directly.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping costs may vary per country, size and weight. When checking out the order, you will see the actual shipping cost according to your address. If you have any questions regarding the shipping costs, contact us via [email protected]
Shipping to Remote Area
The shipping cost does NOT include extra costs defined as remote area shipping fees from the chosen shipping company. When your shipping address is defined as a remote area according to the shipping company, we will contact you to collect the additional shipping cost before we ship out your order.
